The role involves working four days per week across three modern, high-volume practices with strong support and complete autonomy.

Responsibilities
Schedule: 4 days per week, rotating between three practices in the Lexington area
Flexibility to design your clinical day within that window
Daily or per-procedure basis — flexible, competitive rates
Dedicated Endodontic Assistant and Specialty Treatment Coordinator at each site
2-column setup at each location
Treatment Column: 6–8 endodontic cases per day (typical), driven by your preferred flow
Consult Column: In-person or virtual consults as needed (minimal, as referring GPs typically secure treatment plan acceptance before scheduling)
Modern, multi-location general dentistry group
Cloud-based EMR with remote access across all locations
CBCT, digital x-rays, and other advanced diagnostic and imaging tools
Strong referral systems and pre-qualified treatment plans
Experienced clinical and business teams at each location
You control your patient flow, treatment protocols, and workday pace
Qualification
Required
Board-certified or board-eligible Endodontist
Comfortable operating across multiple locations
Skilled in advanced endodontic care and managing a full treatment column
Collaborative, efficient, and committed to providing top-tier patient experiences
