Responsibilities

Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of technology professionals, including hiring, mentoring, and developing senior talent

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for your specific area

Act as a key thought leader on technology and AI product innovation, influencing senior leadership on investments and strategic direction for your domain

Drive the end-to-end execution of your team's product portfolio, establishing processes and standards that ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions

Foster a culture of deep customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and innovation

Partner with senior leaders across the company to ensure strategic alignment and resource allocation for your team's technology priorities

Establish and champion a robust framework for the ethical and responsible development of AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and patient privacy are at the core of your products

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

10+ years of product and technology experience, with at least 5 years in a people management role leading technical teams

Exceptional strategic and business acumen, with experience translating high-level business objectives into a clear, investable product strategy that drives measurable results

Outstanding communication, influence, and executive presence, with a demonstrated ability to align and inspire senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Proven success in building and leading high-performing product management teams in a fast-paced environment

A deep passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems, improve healthcare outcomes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
