Responsibilities

The Network Support Specialist will be responsible for planning and optimizing the UPS Italy Network and its interactions with other European countries
The role will collaborate in managing contingencies, holiday periods and handling structural changes within the ground network
He/She will analyze data to monitor and improve the network, providing expertise and support to hubs and centers
He/She will utilize Company systems such as Opsys, NIS (Network Information System), Seas, Load Planning, GFTS, and TFCS and will provide assistance to system users in Hub and Center
