Responsibilities
Manage projects from award to completion, ensuring gross profit targets are met and project schedules are maintained
Implement, and lead the repeatable process for project management, production, and closeout
Serve as a mentor and hands-on resource for our Project Coordinators and Foremen, fostering a tight-knit, communicative, and empowered team culture
Act as the general contractor, overseeing both electrical and associated civil scope (e.g., trenching, site prep, drainage) and providing value engineering suggestions to deliver the best outcome for the client
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of Project Management or relevant construction experience
Experience in Commercial Electrical Construction or a General Contractor/Civil PM background
Detailed, goal-driven, and process-oriented with strong communication skills (written and oral)
Preferred
Someone with humility and a strong desire to learn, grow, and pass that knowledge along to develop the next generation of leaders
