Transform project accounting from transactional to strategic
Develop standardized processes, tools, and KPIs for project setup, billing, and profitability tracking
Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance to ensure financial excellence
Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time insights
Lead and mentor a high-performing team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred)
7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years supervisor / leadership experience
Proven experience in building or expanding a project accounting function, including developing policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks
Deep understanding of project lifecycle financials, revenue recognition, and project controls
Expertise in project lifecycle financials, revenue recognition, and ERP systems (Deltek preferred)
