Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities related to AI model training and data delivery workflows
Collect and analyze large datasets to support AI model training initiatives
Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Utilize intermediate Excel tools for reporting, data tracking, and workflow dashboards (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc)
Use project management tools such as ClickUp, JIRA, or similar platforms to maintain tasks, status updates, and documentation
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Project Management, and Data Ops to ensure alignment and timely execution
Manage multiple AI-related tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
Communicate effectively to resolve blockers, gather requirements, and ensure seamless workflow execution

Required

1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or AI-based workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate required)

Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
