Community Association Manager (Portfolio)

Forth Group is a full-service condominium and HOA management specialist serving community associations in downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. As a Portfolio Community Manager, you will partner closely with the Boards of Directors for a group of community associations, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the community runs smoothly.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Manage a property portfolio on a day to day basis
Manage building vendors and staff
Respond to owner and board calls and follow up
Contact & coordinate vendors to bid out projects, oversee and manage projects through completion
Review & approve payables as directed for each property
Coordinate ongoing and future projects
Prepared and attend board meetings and report management activities
Develop budgets for properties
Review financials for accuracy
Inspect properties and vendor work
Create maintenance plans for properties
Create capital improvement budget and reserve budget

Required

CAM license (required)
Experience managing a portfolio of condo associations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer and tech skills: E-mail, Google Workspace (cloud), Word, Excel, etc
College degree, comparable work experience, and solid business skills required
Candidates must possess a solid understanding of: Condo association management
Candidates must possess a solid understanding of: Accounting
Candidates must possess a solid understanding of: Building maintenance
