Responsibilities

Drive timely, accurate invoicing and cash receipts processing to maximize cash flow and resolve discrepancies efficiently

Own quarterly price maintenance—validate ERP system rates, troubleshoot pricing discrepancies, and enable data-driven decision making

Compile and deliver monthly/semi-annual inventory data supporting site and corporate reporting (partnering with operations)

Provide secondary support for accounts payable, including special projects, ACH transfers, and back-up coverage

Participate in systems/process improvement: solutioning pricing, AR workflow, and technology adoption (Synchro ERP, Sage 100 GL)

Required

2+ years' hands-on accounting experience, including strong AR/invoicing and transactional processing in a manufacturing or production environment

Proficient with ERP/accounting systems (manual and digital workflow) track record of reconciling data across multiple platforms (e.g., Synchro, Sage 100)

Foundational accounting knowledge or degree (associate's or higher), or equivalent hands-on expertise
