The Assistant Vice President – Client Services & Operations will support senior management and clients, streamline processes, and enhance client service in a key operational role.
Financial Services
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients with professionalism, warmth, and a service-first mindset
Support account onboarding, transfers, and custodial paperwork (Schwab experience a plus, but not required)
Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and follow-up communications
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across internal systems
Assist with operational workflows and help improve processes as the firm grows
Coordinate with advisors to ensure timely follow-up and exceptional client experience
Take initiative to identify opportunities to enhance client service and internal efficiency
Support miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as needed in a small-team environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter who takes initiative, learns quickly, and thrives in a small, growing firm
High social intelligence and excellent communication skills
Friendly, professional demeanor and a client-first attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and especially Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred
Prior customer service experience is a plus; financial services experience a strong plus
Schwab experience a plus, but not required
