Business Development Manager (remote in Poland)

Responsibilities

Build and manage your own sales pipeline and meet agreed revenue targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Poland
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Coordinate with marketing to increase brand awareness and promote the Profitroom product portfolio
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Manage sales documentation, including contracts, reports, and invoices, in accordance with internal and legal requirements
Support junior team members in developing their sales competencies

Required

Proven track record in B2B or B2E sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS/Tech sector
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and hospitality technology
Ability to independently identify opportunities and build a sales pipeline
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2
Native or full professional proficiency in Polish
Valid driving licence (category B)
Ability to work in a team and support others' development
Solid understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
