Fulfillment Facilities Manager
QVC Group is a Fortune 500 company with leading retail brands. The Fulfillment Facilities Manager will manage a team responsible for facility maintenance and operations at the fulfillment center, ensuring optimal performance of all systems and overseeing various services.
Responsibilities
Maintain site including building and capital expenditure projects
Direct the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services and housekeeping
Maintain relationships with property management liaisons. Plan and communicate major building projects
Responsible for financial budgets using forecasting tools
Implement CREWS responsibilities, including building operations and maintenance, uniformed security, dining services, housekeeping, office services, and employee store operations
Ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical and plumbing) perform at optimal levels following the law. Maintain statutory records, certificates and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years' experience leading a facilities or maintenance team in a large-scale manufacturing or distribution environment
Develop working knowledge of all areas of the organization and the ability to develop a clear understanding of our functional processes and resources
Experience leading building operations and services
Experience making decisions concerning the operation of facilities, the design implementation and operation of critical systems, and capital/expense management
