Responsibilities

Drive net-new revenue growth by acquiring enterprise-level eCommerce brands
Actively manage a strategic pipeline: researching, prospecting, and executing multi-threaded sales cycles
Develop tailored account plans aligned with each client’s business objectives and global growth strategy
Establish and nurture senior-level relationships to position Passport as a trusted long-term partner
Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management through Salesforce
Serve as a thought leader by advising brands on international expansion, DDP, compliance, and localization trends
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to support successful client outcomes
Ensure seamless handoff to post-sales teams, maintaining alignment and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
Represent Passport at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (10–20% travel)

Required

5+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales, with at least 7 years in a new-business, closing role
eCommerce or logistics experience required; familiarity with operations, finance, and marketing stakeholders is a plus
Consistent attainment of quota and strong negotiation skills in complex deal cycles
Ability to confidently engage and influence senior decision-makers (C-level and VP)
Self-starter who thrives on accountability and ownership of results
Strong EQ to build trust, navigate challenges, and maintain a collaborative approach
Resilient and resourceful in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Comfort with modern SaaS tools and understanding how solutions integrate into client tech stacks
Based in the United States with proximity to a major airport
