Plans and Sections
Grounding
Lightning Protection
Conduit/trench Layout
Material List
Prepare calculations for studies and reports (grounding, lightning protection, voltage drop, AC/DC load studies, etc.)
Support/coordinate engineering and design related to Civil/Structural aspects of the designs
Coordination with Protection and Control
Perform quality control/assurance reviews
Project support from scoping to final design and project closeout
Construction Support
Strong client focus and customer service
Excellent communication skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of five (5) years' experience electric utility industry
Experience in utility substation engineering with focus on electrical or physical aspects of design
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Preferred
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) is a plus with ambition to obtain Professional Engineering Licensure (PE)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation is a plus
