Responsibilities

Lead a team of IT professionals, both internal and with a MSP, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment

Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT infrastructure management and maintenance

Manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet our requirements and are completed on time and within budget

Collaborate with other department leaders, such as Facilities, to align IT infrastructure management with our goals

Monitor the performance of IT systems and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and data center operations

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support IT infrastructure needs

Prepare and manage the budget for IT infrastructure expenses

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
