Responsibilities

Oversee the development and execution of tailored product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical solutions to showcase value to customers

Serve as the primary liaison for key customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle and beyond, ensuring seamless communication and support

Partner with global product development and engineering teams to integrate customer feedback into future product innovations

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact of the sales engineering team

Optimize resource allocation to align sales engineering efforts with high-value opportunities, maximizing win rates and customer satisfaction

Manage and track demonstration assets to support revenue-generating activities and ensure optimal utilization

Required

Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams

Strong coaching and mentoring skills to inspire and guide technical professionals

Deep expertise in contemporary broadband wireless and digital video technologies, including IP Mesh and Point-to-Point links

Strong ability to deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept

Ability to align technical solutions with business strategies and customer needs

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to drive change and influence decision-making across all levels of management

Willingness to travel frequently CONUS and limited OCONUS
