Qualification
Required
The assignment may be undertaken by a qualified individual consultant or an engineering firm, located in the West Bank of Palestine and able to travel to Wadi Fari'a as required
The lead engineer should have extensive experience in civil, hydraulic, irrigation, mechanical, and electrical engineering works relevant to the scope outlined in the Terms of Reference
Experience with spring rehabilitation, nature-based water solutions, and familiarity with Palestinian technical standards will be an advantage
