Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate product functionality and performance
Perform manual and automated testing on multiple platforms to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools; work with development teams to resolve issues
Use root cause analysis to troubleshoot failures and recommend corrective actions
Maintain and improve automated test frameworks to enhance coverage and efficiency
Support CI/CD processes by integrating automated tests into pipelines
Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Minimum of one related internship or equivalent experience
Skilled in reading and interpreting business publications, technical procedures, and regulations
Proficient in writing reports, correspondence, and manuals
Experienced in presenting information and addressing questions from diverse audiences
Strong mathematical ability, including probability, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry
Able to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical problems
Competent in problem-solving, data analysis, and drawing valid conclusions
Capable of interpreting complex technical instructions and managing abstract and concrete variables
Must be willing to relocate to multiple Jabil site locations to carry out rotations
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred
