Temporary Part-Time Research Assistant

The University of Louisville is seeking a temporary part-time Research Assistant in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology. This role will assist in pharmacological experiments studying the mechanisms of actions and potential therapeutic effects of cannabidiol (CBD) and other cannabinoids.

Responsibilities

Assistant will assist in ordering lab supplies and maintain lab operations
Assist in experiments using both cell culture and animal models, assist in collecting data and perform routine data analysis under the supervision of principal investigator
Assist in search of scientific literature and prepare manuscripts for publications

Required

Three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
