Sales & Estimating

Takeoff fundamentals

Introduction to bidding strategy and customer relationships

Design & Engineering

Design-assist process and coordination with general contractors, other trades, architects, and engineers of record

3D modeling of precast components and structures

ERP system overview

Production Operations

Forming and mold preparation

Rebar cage fabrication

Concrete placement and finishing

Stripping and finishing operations

Finished product detailing

Batch Plant Operations

Mix design fundamentals

Material handling and plant automation

Quality Control

Dimensional inspection and documentation

Finish standards and defect identification

Testing and audit participation

Plant Leadership & Operations Management

Daily and long-term production planning

Labor management and safety leadership

Transportation & Logistics

Load planning and delivery scheduling

Project Management

Schedule tracking, submittals, RFIs, and customer coordination

Field Operations & Erection Coordination

Site logistics, crane coordination, and erection sequencing

Required

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a major in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Management, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or other related field
