The Investor Support Specialist will provide exceptional client experiences, educate clients on private equity investing, and build strong relationships within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional client experience to our accredited investors through email, chat and phone contact channels

Engage clients in discussions focused on educating the client of the subtle nuances of investing in the private equity markets

Ask the right questions to the learn the root cause of the client issue so that you resolve it efficiently and provide you the opportunity to enhance future interactions

Collaborate within a team-based environment with a diverse group of financial professionals focused on meeting the needs of the client as well as finding ways to work more effectively within our organization to provide a better client experience

Not only asking solving problems for our clients but constantly looking for a better way to exceed client expectations

Required

FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 (may be obtained under a condition of employment)

Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services, interacting with clients in a proactive and consultative manner

Ability to ask appropriate, probing questions to clearly understand the client's needs. Using good judgment when responding and selecting language and examples tailored to the specific experience level of the client

Collaborative and relationship-focused work style with demonstrated success in a team environment

Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously
