Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for SaaS enterprise software

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences

Required

5+ years of experience in SaaS software product design

Experience working in an enterprise software environment with agile engineering teams

Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, user surveys, remote moderated user testing and unmoderated testing (e.g., A/B testing, card sorts, tree tests)

The ability to synthesize and analyze findings to distill actionable insights

Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing and rapid prototyping

Experience with user research and testing platforms (User Interviews Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.)

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Strong understanding of information architecture principles

Experience working with established design systems

Comfort in presenting research insights and design rationale to senior leaders
