Sales Consultant (Enterprise Deals, AI Commerce Platform)
Wear It AI is an AI-powered commerce platform that enables brands and retailers to place their products directly into user-generated content at scale. They are seeking an experienced sales consultant who can thrive in early-stage environments and close B2B deals with fashion brands, retailers, and marketing agencies. The role involves owning the full sales cycle and maintaining a pipeline of clients while collaborating with the founding team to refine strategies.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from outreach → demo → proposal → close
Source and close 2–5 enterprise deals per month (avg. deal size: ~$10K)
Build and maintain a pipeline of brands, retailers, and digital marketing agencies
Tailor pitches to CMO, VP Growth, and eCommerce leadership
Work closely with the founding team to refine messaging, pricing, and packaging
Provide feedback to product and marketing based on customer needs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, martech, adtech, fashion-tech, or creator economy sales
Proven track record of closing $10K–$50K+ deals
Strong network in retail, eCommerce, or marketing agencies is a plus
Self-starter, scrappy, and comfortable selling in fast-moving early-stage environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to pitch new technology clearly
