Vice President, High Net Worth Client Experience and Strategy

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison and subject matter expert for HNW/UHNW card products across banking segments
Lead the development and delivery of executive presentations, training, and strategic communications
Build and nurture relationships with Private Banking and Wealth Management partners
Identify and implement opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and product enhancement
Manage complex client escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution
Analyze client feedback and operational trends to recommend improvements
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support product launches and brand messaging
Report on integration progress, escalations, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
Promote a culture of innovation, partnership, and client-centricity

Required

Bachelor's degree
7+ years in financial services, client service, or product management, with cross-functional leadership experience
In-depth knowledge of ultra-high net worth client needs and banking products
Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated strategic thinking and thought leadership
Experience working cross-functionally and driving organizational change

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA/MS)
Experience with product innovation and social media escalation management
Proven success in complex, matrixed organizations
Expertise in credit card and wealth management products
Occasional travel required (potentially Wilmington once per quarter)
High visibility with senior leadership
Opportunity to shape business strategy and client experience
