Responsibilities

Support senior engineering personnel in the design, development and selection of basic hardware components utilizing fundamental electrical and mechanical engineering principles, theories and techniques

Support senior engineering personnel in the design and development of test software

Develop and revise technical drawing packages based on examples and company standards

Perform technical assignments of an investigatory, design, or test nature requiring limited analysis and evaluation, selection and application of basic engineering principles, theories and techniques

Perform hands-on troubleshooting, resolution, and implementation of change requests to update the test software/hardware that are critical to keep our production lines moving

Prepare charts, diagrams, and reports expressing technical progress and accomplishments measured against specific plans

Support of products ranging from component level to systems level analog, digital, optical, and RF units

Hands-on support and use of test instrumentation, including, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, DC/AC Power Supplies, Waveform Generators, Digital Multimeters, etc.)
