Responsibilities
Lead enterprise sales, marketing, branding, and leasing functions across business units
Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies aligned to organizational financial goals
Build and develop high-performing teams, including hiring, coaching, and incentive program design
Oversee digital and traditional brand presence, marketing campaigns, and public relations
Provide leadership for commercial strategy supporting large-scale real estate development initiatives
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise‑level sales and marketing
Proven success driving revenue, business development, and brand growth
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and strategic leadership skills
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
