Responsibilities

Represent clients in business and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, partnership disagreements, shareholder issues, and business torts
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence
Conduct legal research, discovery, depositions, and case analysis
Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Advise clients on litigation risks, case strategy, and potential outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and outside parties to support case development
Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities effectively

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar in Florida
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, specifically in business or commercial disputes
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing fast-paced workloads

Preferred

Experience with complex commercial litigation
Familiarity with arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
Trial experience is a plus
