Responsibilities

Knowledge management within our search database as well as within the team and firm Sharepoint and other systems
Desk research, on LinkedIn and other research sources as well as via our proprietary database and company websites
Telephone work, including candidate “cold calls” as well as candidate assessment and ongoing relationship management
Written work including client-ready candidate assessments, job descriptions, client update notes, marketing materials, quarterly reports, etc
Candidate & client interaction
Business development, which could include company and management research as well as presentation preparation

Qualification

Financial Services experienceProfessional Services experienceCommunication skillsOffice applications proficiencyProblem-solvingAttention to detailTeam collaborationRelationship building

Required

Experience working on Financial Services and/or Professional Services search projects
Good telephone manners and excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
An ability to prioritize when faced with tight deadlines and shifting client needs
An ability to exercise absolute discretion and professionalism with confidential information
A positive attitude, a love of problem-solving, and a high attention to detail
Well-developed skills in key office applications, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel, in order to efficiently produce presentations, reports, charts, graphical analysis, and written documents
