Staff Recruiter
Primary Recruiting Services (PRS) is a multi-practice professional search firm recognized for its rapid growth and positive work environment. The Staff Recruiter will manage the full recruiting process, helping clients find top talent while building relationships within core industries.
Responsibilities
Learning to source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles
Building relationships with professionals in our core industries
Using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn to identify and connect with candidates
Managing job postings and candidate pipelines
Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline
Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement projects
Qualification
Required
A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales and people focused career
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A motivated, competitive, and goal oriented personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Hardworking and self-motivated: you take initiative and aren't afraid to figure things out independently
Team-oriented mindset: you value collaboration and support your teammates to reach shared goals
Adaptable and resourceful: able to problem-solve and think creatively when faced with challenges
