Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management

The role focuses on developing pricing and promotional strategies for KDP’s coffee brands while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

Create annual and long term pricing and promotional strategies to optimize KDP’s topline performance and overall profitability of the business
Integrate coffee revenue strategy into annual sales planning process - volume, price/mix, trade rate goals by customer and brand. Own the creation of goals ensuring integration with key cross-functional stakeholders (finance, brand, sales, etc.)
Act as lead liaison between commercial, brand & finance teams to ensure consistent performance management routines and align sales, brand, & financial objectives to drive the best business outcome
Drive the pricing and promotional strategies for innovation within the coffee category and the segments in which KDP participates, pods, bags and cans
Partner with sales and Field RGM teams to identify optimal strategies to execute promotional strategies across all channels, including e-commerce, club, grocery, and mass merchants
Ensure that all promotional and pricing decisions are coherent across the marketplace, achieve acceptable financial results, and share objectives (i.e. Trade Review Board)
Partner across finance, supply chain and partners management teams to develop and evolve the company’s pack/price architecture for all coffee (OBPPC)
Develop and monitor pay for performance elements of funding. Ensure programs are equitable, transparent and measurable

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing or related field
Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective
Ability to think systemically & lead complex processes
Advanced analytical capabilities, with experience interpreting and deriving insights from large data sets to support business applications and strategic initiatives
Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint)

Preferred

Prefer experience in a “Fortune 500” company, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance or related industries
