Responsibilities
Prepare TP documentation in accordance with local regulations and OECD guidelines
Assist in preparing Country-by-Country reports and Master/Local files
Support TP planning initiatives, including value chain analysis and intercompany pricing strategies
Valuation preparation
Assist in responding to tax authority inquiries related to transfer pricing
Collaborate with advisors to resolve disputes
Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of TP policies
Identify opportunities to enhance documentation processes and leverage technology for efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
3–5 years of experience in transfer pricing within a Big Four firm or multinational corporation
Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS Action Plans, and local transfer pricing regulations
Experience with tax audits focused on transfer pricing issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong reconciliation, data manipulation, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance

advanced degree in Tax or Economics and/or professional certification (CPA, CVA, etc.) strongly preferred
