Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align QA processes with evolving client and regulatory needs
Manage and continually improve Lucideon’s U.S. QA program and documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, Nadcap, and client-specific requirements
Coordinate audits, oversee corrective actions, and maintain calibration and qualification records
Provide QA training and serve as a resource for employees across all U.S. sites
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (science or engineering)
Strong background in quality assurance, preferably in a lab setting
Familiarity with ISO 17025 or equivalent quality management systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, NQA-1)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to work with export-controlled / ITAR materials and travel periodically
