Responsibilities
Prepare and review draft routine legal documents
Create and maintain case files
Organize, index and assemble trial binders
Prepare and file formation documents with Secretary of State(s)
Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
Process incoming mail and outgoing mail
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
E-filing pleadings
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience working as a legal assistant or legal secretary
Experience interacting directly with clients
Diligent and detail oriented
