The Accounting Clerk is responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including posting transactions to the general ledger, managing vehicle inventory records and supporting accounts receivable/payable functions.

Responsibilities
Reconciling and posting daily deposits to the general ledger
Stocking in used vehicle inventory
Assisting with general ledger entries for used and wholesale billing
Managing lien payoffs
Maintaining and reconciling accounting schedules regularly
Assisting with month-end close, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and special projects
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Basic accounting knowledge
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with accounting software is a plus
