Responsibilities

Create original, visually compelling graphic designs for T-shirts and promotional products
Serve as a brand ambassador for assigned accounts
Master brand guidelines and visual identity systems
Develop new logos, layouts, and customer concepts
Lead team members on creative projects from start to finish
Collaborate closely with sales, account managers, merchandising, and production teams
Execute designs that maximize brand recognition and drive business objectives
Stay current on design trends and retail graphics
Contribute innovative ideas in creative sessions
Take full accountability for your projects

Qualification

Adobe IllustratorAdobe PhotoshopAdobe Acrobat ProGraphic DesignCreative ThinkingProblem SolvingAdaptability

Required

Associates degree in a creative/design or equivalent experience
4+ years of relevant experience, in a designer or creative role
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Preferred

3+ years of experience in decoration/promotional industry preferred
