Technical Analyst, e-Commerce (Bilingual)
DCM is a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions. They are seeking a fully bilingual Technical Analyst to provide technical support for their e-Commerce systems and manage ongoing account maintenance.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support and training to our clients to effectively utilize our e-Commerce applications via phone and email
Address client inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally
Set up and manage online user profiles and customer catalogues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant college diploma, with 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities
Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite products
Must be bilingual in English and French
