Responsibilities
Lead and support transactions across fund formation, equity raises, venture financing, convertible debt, SAFEs, private M&A, and structured deals
Work directly with founders, investors, and C-suite executives across growth-stage and institutional clients
Draft and negotiate operating agreements, partnership docs, purchase agreements, credit facilities, asset-backed deals, and more
Own deals from term sheet to closing, with meaningful autonomy and partner exposure
Collaborate closely with a highly specialized corporate team known for efficient, precise deal execution
Qualification
Required
5–10 Years' Experience in Corporate Law
Experience in fund formation, equity raises, venture financing, convertible debt, SAFEs, private M&A, and structured deals
Ability to draft and negotiate operating agreements, partnership docs, purchase agreements, credit facilities, asset-backed deals, and more
Experience working directly with founders, investors, and C-suite executives
Ability to own deals from term sheet to closing with meaningful autonomy
Experience collaborating with a specialized corporate team for efficient deal execution
