Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, QA, and business analysts
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Communicate project expectations, progress, and changes to stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives
Understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans
Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project success
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Implement best practices for project management and technology integration
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
