Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to build and scale the platform for enterprise clients

Owning integrations with various HR systems (e.g., Workday, Bamboo HR) and ATS platforms

You will be responsible for building a robust data model to create a 'system of record' for tracking the entire immigration history (from student to H1B renewal to Green Card) of foreign nationals within client companies

Addressing significant scalability challenges across the entire system—from database services to APIs—to support thousands of new employees and hundreds of foreign nationals from new enterprise customers

Developing new features, including essential enterprise requirements like implementing support for Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO)
