Responsibilities

Manage a small team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Developers and Managed Service Provider (MSP) in support of a large D365 F&O ERP production environment

Manage D365 ERP environments – manage software release calendar; manage schedule for ongoing updates/refreshes; drive and update environment refresh checklist action items

Manages UAT/Testing calendars

Serve as escalation point for business process owners, key users and global applications staff

Support incoming projects, service requests, and incidents and ensure that they are completed in a quality and timely manner

Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and effectively translate them to actionable requirements

Coordinate activities of teams, schedules and resources for assigned tasks or projects

Develops strategies and implementation plans in support of the D365 ERP initiative

Develop and manage budgets for IT organization

Ensure D365 F&O ERP environment is fully aligned with the defined enterprise strategy

Apply business process knowledge to maximize the benefit of IT investments

Required

8+ years of Dynamics 365 ERP experience in design, implementation, integration, and administration of D365 F&O environment and 3rd party / ISV systems

5+ years of IT leadership experience; experience in a large global organization is a plus

Proficiency with D365 F&O and related tools and technologies including, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Machine Learning

Prior experience leading a D365 enterprise team

Experience with Agile development methodology and tools (Azure DevOps/Jira)

Experience leading and executing ERP SIT, UAT and other system validation testing

Highly organized leader, self-starter
