Lead structural design for transportation projects (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, sign structures)

Perform advanced structural modeling and analysis

Oversee junior engineers and coordinate with drafting teams

Prepare design concepts, specifications, and cost estimates

Provide construction support and attend client meetings

Required

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

Proficiency in FDOT Structures Programs

Proficiency in Mathcad

Strong communication skills

Willingness to travel

Preferred

Master's in Civil Engineering
