Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer- Equipment Technology Lab

Responsibilities
Provides subject matter expertise regarding small commercial to industrial-size equipment across a broad range of manufacturing and operational environments including but not limited to boilers, HVAC, automation, robotics
Uses equipment knowledge to drive solutions and improvements in underwriting, claims and new products business units
Identifies new and emerging equipment technology and sensor technology trends and incorporates those technologies into the business for increased efficiency and/or new process implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
5 years of experience working in Engineering or Technology
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
General insurance industry knowledge
Communication skills
Time management skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline
Registration as a Professional Engineer
Experience with integration of IoT technologies
Experience or knowledge of the insurance industry
