Join a practice focused on commercial and employment litigation
Handle all aspects of cases for regional and national clients of all sizes
Engage in pre-litigation analysis, written discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and attending court conferences

Required

Admitted to practice in California
At least one to seven years litigation experience
Exposure to employment matters
Experience in various stages of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, written discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and attending court conferences

Strong communication skills
