Responsibilities
Assist Sales and Agent Support in identifying enablement needs across the agent lifecycle
Create, update, and organize onboarding materials, job aids, FAQs, email templates, and step-by-step guides for agents
Support the execution of training sessions, webinars, and resource rollouts in coordination with product launches and seasonal cycles
Collect feedback from agents, partners, and internal teams to improve resources and identify process gaps
Help manage ongoing enablement programs, including engagement touchpoints, milestone communications, and incentive communications
Partner with Sales Ops to review activation and performance data and surface insights that support agent enablement initiatives
Draft and maintain enablement communications, including playbooks, toolkits, and training updates for internal and external audiences
Support special projects tied to new product rollouts, sales training, and agent support improvements
Work closely with the VP of Growth and Enablement to ensure alignment with broader sales goals
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, training support, marketing/communications, or a related role
Strong understanding of sales processes and basic familiarity with agent or channel partner environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials
Comfortable supporting training initiatives and speaking on webinars or workshops
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and comfort working cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience with CRM, LMS, or enablement tools is a plus
