Manager, Epic Application Team
Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Manager of Epic Beacon / Research / Genomics Applications to lead a talented team at the intersection of people leadership and cutting-edge research. Responsibilities
Lead people, not just projects — coach, develop, and empower a high-impact Epic team
Influence real patient outcomes through oncology, research, and precision medicine initiatives
Bridge clinical, research, and IT worlds, translating big ideas into Epic solutions that actually work
Own strategy and execution for Beacon, Research, and Genomics — from vision to optimization
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading teams, specifically in the context of Epic applications
Knowledge of oncology workflows and genomics-driven medicine
Ability to guide and mentor a specialized group of Epic analysts
Strong communication skills to partner closely with clinicians and researchers
Proven ability to prioritize and manage complex projects effectively
Experience in shaping strategy and driving execution for Epic applications
