Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Use accurate, simple data collection systems
Support skill-building in communication, independence, and social behavior
Build strong connections with children and their families
Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure quality and consistency
Qualification
Required
Experience providing ABA therapy and working directly with BCBAs
Passion for helping children with Autism learn, grow, and reach their full potential
Professionalism, compassion, and strong clinical skills
Experience in following treatment plans and collaborating with supervising BCBAs
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Compassion, patience, and dedication to client progress
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Experience working with children with Autism
