Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end business strategy for one of our commercial models as part of Intuit’s Partner Program
Define model architecture, including eligibility, payout logic, terms, partner commitments, and operational enforcement levers
Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure global readiness, compliance, and revenue recognition integrity
Design migration and onboarding approach for existing partners (e.g., IES, MC Tech) and net-new partner cohorts
Lead the creation of Business Requirements Document (BRD) with phased capabilities rollout in collaboration with Technical teams
Develop and execute a roadmap that aligns systems, tools, support infrastructure, and GTM teams around critical launch milestones
Collaborate with Partner Enablement and Partner Marketing to support field and partner readiness
Define the partner lifecycle for the commercial model, from onboarding to payout to program advancement
Establish key partner-facing workflows, tools, and dashboards (e.g., deal registration, payout tracking, profitability modeling)
Partner with Product and PRM teams to implement intuitive UX and self-serve capabilities
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for the commercial model across partner types and verticals
Define and document operational workflows (e.g., deal tracking, payout cadence, eligibility reviews)
Partner with Data Science and Rev Ops to build attribution models that reflect true partner impact
Drive alignment across Partner Success, Product, Legal, GTM Finance, and Engineering for compliant, scalable operations
Represent the commercial model in strategic forums such as the Program Leadership Council
Manage change across internal teams by documenting and socializing SOPs and business logic

Required

12+ years in partner program strategy, GTM operations, channel strategy, business model design, or non-technical product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology platform company
Deep understanding of SaaS commercial models—especially Revenue Share, Reseller, and Affiliate—and how they impact partner engagement and business growth
Demonstrated success designing and launching partner programs or monetization models across complex ecosystems
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering in matrixed orgs
Strong program management skills with the ability to define strategy, break it into phases, and ensure measurable outcomes
Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and can lead at the intersection of policy, systems, and partner experience

Preferred

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, PRM platforms, Airtable, or partner dashboards is a plus
Bonus: Experience scaling tiered partner programs globally with regulatory compliance and revenue recognition in mind
