Divisional Field Manager

Modern Woodmen of America is one of the nation’s largest fraternal benefit societies, and they are seeking a Divisional Field Manager to lead and develop field managers across multiple regions. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and providing strategic guidance to enhance the performance of the distribution network and financial representatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver systems, tools, and training to help field managers grow assigned regions
Provide hands-on training to Regional Directors and Managing Partners in their local areas or during new territory start-ups
Supervise, monitor, and influence performance of Managing Partners, Regional Directors, and Financial Representatives in a results-driven environment
Offer feedback and coaching to field managers to enhance performance
Travel occasionally to assigned regions for recruiting, training, supervision, and accountability
Screen field management candidates and implement pre-management development programs for proper selection and preparation
Recommend appointments and terminations of field managers to the Chief Distribution and Marketing Officer
Serve as liaison between Home Office and field, fostering productive relationships and addressing concerns
Be available beyond traditional hours to support field needs
Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or other related field or equivalent experience
7+ years related work experience
Ability to pass FINRA Series 6, 63, and 26
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across the home office and field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills to engage both virtual and in-person audiences
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Sales experience preferred
FIC, LUTC, CLU, CLF, or other industry credentials preferred
Previous experience with recruiting and onboarding is a plus
