Responsibilities
Visualize Agency: Give users a robust way to define their specific business processes that serves as a flexible guide for the AI, rather than a strict rule-set
Coach, Not Configure: Users should not be burdened with settings. You will design flows where the user 'coaches' the AI when it makes a mistake, effectively treating it like a junior colleague
Handle Ambiguity: You must design for non-linear flows where the 'happy path' is not guaranteed – creating loops for human intervention without breaking the automation
Prototype in Code (React): You will not just hand off Figma files. You will build front-end prototypes with mock data to test complex interactions and accelerate engineering
Human and AI Collaboration: Users should be able to interact and communicate with their AI employee just like any other employee (e-mail, Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc)
Qualification
Required
4+ Years Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B logic, product design, and/or AI-first products
Technical Fluency: You are comfortable writing front-end code (React, HTML/CSS) to validate your designs
AI Literacy: You understand LLMs (hallucinations, latency) and how to design around them
The 'AI Manager' Mindset: You understand we are building a platform where the user acts as a manager and can design for delegation, feedback, and performance review
