Responsibilities

Experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation

Advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws

Working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage and hour law matters

Required

Minimum of two years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment

A license to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia

Strong academic background

Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred

Willingness to sit for the Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia bar exam
