Mid LevelJoulé is seeking an Accountant to perform full-cycle accounting and finance duties for multiple legal entities. The role involves maintaining complex financial schedules, handling communications with stakeholders, and assisting with month-end close and reconciliations.

Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle accounting and finance duties for multiple legal entities, reporting to the CFO
Maintain and manage large, complex accounting and financial schedules
Handle vendor, client, and internal stakeholder communications
Support ad-hoc accounting, finance, and business-related projects
Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
4-year degree in Accounting or related field
Full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close)
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with large, complex spreadsheets
Experience with GAAP, sales tax, and financial reporting
Experience using accounting systems (QuickBooks or NetSuite); AI tools a plus
